Olmuksan International Paper, founded as Olmuk Mukavva San. Tic. A.Ş. Our first corrugated packaging plant went into operation in Gebze - Dilovası in February 1969.


First paper mill went into operation in Edirne. The mill fisrt established to produce testliner & fluting made of waste paper and straw.Begining with 1996, all production continued to be made of waste paper.


Company shares acquired by Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding and registered as Olmuksa Mukavva Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.


İzmir box plant went into operation.


Company shares were listed in İstanbul Stock Exchange.


Adana box plant went into operation. In 1995, intergration of the corrugator line completed and the plant went into a modern packaging facility.


Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding established an equal partnership joint venture with International Paper. Company name became Olmuksa International Paper -Sabancı Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.


Bursa plant joined operations with the acquisition of Kav Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret(Kav Packaging Indusrty Trade).


Company acquired DS Smith Group's Çorlu and Çorum plant and expanded into new geographic areas.


International Paper acquired Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding’s shares and became the majority owner.The company was renamed as “Olmuksan International Paper Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Olmuksan International Paper Packaging Industry and Trade).
